Hey, Everyone! I hope you feeling amazing.
Today we are reviewing the Real Comforting Mask from Nature Republic. This one is the Vitamin C version.
Let me take a minute to say that this was a promotional item from Nature Republic for review and consideration. But, of course, I’ll give you my honest opintion.
BRAND: Nature Republic
PRODUCT NAME: Real Comforting Mask (Vit. C)
SIZE: One Sheet Mask
PRICE: $1.90 from Nature Republic
INGREDIENT LIST: SkinCarisma
PRODUCT CLAIMS: The brand targets this sheet mask line towards those of us with sensitive skin. It claims that the ingredients contains “mild natural essential oils” and that the mask fabric is comforting as well. This mask in particular is supposed to help even skin tone and rejuvenate the skin.
PACKAGING: Packaging is functional!
SCENT: The scent is light and refreshing.
FEEL: The sheet mask is pilowy and soft. The essence is clear and hydrating!
HOW TO: After cleansing and toning the skin, apply the sheet mask for 10-15 mins. I personally like to apply the extra essense to my neck, chest, arms… etc. After removing the mask, the mask should still be pretty moist, apply it to your neck or chest for 5-10 mins. Tap in the essence and complete skincare routine.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS: The fit of the mask was a bit wide for my face...but that’s not a deal breaker for me. It’s a good mask that is hydrating, brightening, and cooling. I did experience some redness in my cheeks but this is common for me when using products with Vitamin C.
RATING: 4 / 5
This product lives up to the claims. It’s exactly what a sheet mask experience should be but it’s not a mask I HAVE to have in my skincare kit and you won’t see me running out to repurchase it. There are so many masks out there to just settle for one, ya know?
Thank you again to Nature Republic for sending this over! They sent me two other masks from this line: Moisturizing Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E. Check out these reviews if you are interested!
