This presentation by Christie Marie Sheldon is jam packed with amazing information on the transformative power of intention and our minds.
One of the studies she references was by Dr. Masaru Emoto is an “internationally renowned Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto shows how the influence of our thoughts, words and feelings on molecules of water can positively impact the earth and our personal health.”
He found that the intentional exposure of thoughts and words impacted water molecules. He exposed water to works like love, graditude, depression, or sickness and the frozen water created different shapes and patterns.
In my life, as I began to speak positive affiramtions and statements to reprogram my thought patterns, I noticed a change in my behaviors.
I used to have a very difficult time waking up in the mornings. You may be suprised! I am now a known early morning person amongst my acquaintances and friends. I started with noticing how much I loved waking up naturally on Sunday Mornings. At the time, I was living in Los Angeles, a city so busy and bustling it’s infamous for traffic.
Sunday mornings became a sacred time for me. The air was cool and the city sleepy and quiet. These mornings because scared times for me. SInce then, I’ve expanded this sacred time into a daily practice. I’ve developed tips and tricks to waking up gently and, often, naturally.
I found the way I told my own story change this aspect of my life.
This presentation reminds me that I need to apply this practice to other areas to my life.
